the hotel was very clean. it had everything that i needed. beds were comfy. the staff were excellent and very helpful. the staff were also polite and offered a personalized approach. i appreciated that.

confusing door missing fridge
The staff was helpful. That was acceptable.
The door situation was confusing (not fun after a long day). I was unsure if the door was locked from inside. there was no fridge in the room. This would have been a nice addition.

The location was superb! It was so close to everything. I appreciated the super clean clean room and the huge balcony. The room provided ample space to relax, and it was a lovely surprise.
The bar closed fairly early. It limited late-night options.

The rooms were cleaned daily with fresh towels and bedding, even during my shorter stay of three nights. A small lift serves all floors. This offers convenient access, especially for those who prefer not to use stairs.
